Excellent hosts. Breakfast was sourced locally and delicious. The cleanliness level and comfort of bedding were excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep.

Though parking is generally convenient, it can be tough to find a spot during peak periods, slightly impacting accessibility.

Had a fantastic time. Stayed here for 1 night and thoroughly enjoyed our choice. Tasty and excellent breakfasts and the food was fab! Bright and quiet room for what we needed with garden, a double bed and the furniture to match the house.

They gave a queen room with a most comfortable bed, garden, private bathroom as we booked. Booked it for £ 48. The location was magnificent for Dumfries, very close to the train station, and Scotland.

The bed was comfy, but the check-in was a bit chaotic.

A bit removed from the town center, requiring a 10-minute walk, which could be inconvenient for some. The breakfast options were limited and a little bland, and the coffee was weak, lacking the espresso enthusiasts might expect. Some guests mentioned the bed feels lumpy, though others found it fine.

Rooms were clean, spacious, and comfy. Awesome breakfast with locally sourced stuff, and the hosts were super friendly, always up for a chat. Private parking was a big plus, especially for our motorcycles. Definitely a great value for money!

only had one small bottle of shower gel which was a bit annoying, and the wi-fi was kinda slow sometimes.

Hamilton House is a good culinary gem! Had a smashing time with a brekkie to rave about, especially the cooked options. The hosts, everything was spotlessly clean and comfy. Don't miss out on the local dining scene nearby, GoodFillers serves a cracking curry just a stone's throw away!

If I had to nitpick, the coffee could pack a bit more of a punch, and I found the breakfast slightly lacking in pizzazz on the flavor front.

This was just a fitting option for a day tour in Dumfries with fantastic value. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. Arrive early if you want to enjoy a hassle-free check-in.

The breakfast was tailored to my preferences and was delicious, setting me up perfectly for the day ahead. Rena and Derek's hospitality, as they were attentive without being overbearing. It would be great if there were a few more options for parking during busy times. I had a fantastic experience!

The hotel's location near the Robert Burns Statue was great, in a residential area close to Hamilton House, the town center, and a local supermarket.
